Show Homes & Sales Cabins

This project was to create a Nature pond with water fountain infront of an avenue of Show Homes in Flansham Park for David Wilson Homes. A timber footbridge with uplighting was installed as a walkway from the Sales office to the Show Homes. A stunning finished Sales display was created on time and within budget.
 

This garden was created for a Show Home in Lancing. The garden was designed taking into consideration that the garden sloped uphill. The timber decked seating area near the house created a lovely outside space to entertain. The property was sold and reserved within a week after completion.

This project was designed and constructed for two clients that required a shared communal area in front of their Sales Complex. The area is used by visitors to sit and look over sales brochures during the summer months

From a site visit we are able to design and build areas in front of Sales Cabins. This scheme was requested at short notice and was designed and built in four days. The design allowed for a disabled ramp access into the Sales Cabin. We also made timber planter units around the Sales car park area to extend the scheme around the cabin
