Public Park Development, Thatcham
We transformed a former storage and waste site into a public park under a Section 106 agreement.
The £900,000-plus project took around 18 months, followed by two years of maintenance before local-authority handover.

We delivered design-and-build landscaping for Sky Plazza in Basingstoke, where an office building was converted into apartments.

New Allotments, Durrington
We designed and constructed 20 replacement allotments for residents in Durrington, consulting the Parish Council and existing plot holders.
Completed ahead of the deadline, the scheme allowed the wider housing development programme to move forward earlier than expected.

Balancing Pond and Landscape Drainage, Bognor Regis
We created a year-round balancing pond with an island for a major housing development, working with three clients.
Connected to the wider drainage system, the pond also provides a leisure area for residents, with links to planned bridges and cycle routes.

We successfully installed over 1500 fruit trees, 40,000 spring bulbs and 8000 m2 of lawn to create a central community Orchard area within the heart of the new housing development.

Millstone's wider project history also includes large residential and mixed-use developments.
For example, Millstone was appointed to landscaping phases at King Edward VII Estate in Midhurst, including planting based on the historic Gertrude Jekyll-inspired landscape associated with the site.
The company has also worked on significant schemes including Green Park Village in Reading, where landscaping included thousands of new plants and trees around new residential areas and public spaces.
